Dinosaur

Rectangular vanilla butter cake, 20 × 30 cm

1 portion of vanilla butter cream

750 g Fondant: brown

Template : Dinosaur

Food pencil: black

Chocolate lentils

 

  1. Cut the cake top straight with a sharp knife.
  2. Place the template on the cake and fix it with toothpicks Cut out the dinosaur body with a small sharp knife. Cut out the head and tail from the rest of the cake.
  3. Stick the head and the tail to the body with buttercream and press it down a little bit.
  4. Cover the dinosaur on top and sides with buttercream Roll out the finder and place it on the cake, smooth it down and cut it into pieces. Draw the lilies of the dinosaur with the black pencil.
  5. Spread the coloured chocolate lentils on the cake.
