Crown of the Princess

Rectangular vanilla butter cake, 26 × 35 cm

1 portion of vanilla butter cream

food colouring: pink Template : Crown

Alternative : 500 g fondant

 

  1.  If necessary, cut the cakes straight at the top with a sharp knife Colour the buttercream pink. Fix the template on the cake, cut out the tin with a small, sharp knife and then stick the crown with some buttercream on the cake plate.
  2. spread the pink buttercream on the cake. Alternatively roll out the fondant and place it on the cake.
  3. decorate the crown as you like.
