Monster High cake

Vanilla butter cake

185 g flour-baking powder mixture

50 g plain flour

165 g fine sugar

125 g soft butter

3 eggs

60 ml milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract 

  1.  Preheat the oven to 180° C. Grease a round baking tin with ø20 cm of grease and line the bottom and the inner rim with baking paper.
  2. Sieve the flour into a bowl. Add the sugar, butter, eggs, milk and vanilla extract and mix the ingredients with a mixer at a low setting. Then stir at medium setting for 2-3 minutes. 
  3.  Put the dough into the prepared baking tin with a spoon and spread it evenly with the back of the spoon and smooth it down. Bake in the middle of the oven for 45-50 minutes.
  4. Garnish and decorate as desired
